Investing in real estate was the last thing Tyler thought he’d ever do when he started on his career path. When he decided to attend Northwood University in Midland Michigan, it was with the intention to one day run the family business, Cross Canada Auto Body Supply in his hometown of Windsor, Ontario.

But becoming HIS own boss of HIS own company was always on his mind, so he took everything he learned from school, and applied it to becoming a Realtor, where he now works at Signature Group Realty in Windsor, ON

From there, Tyler’s sole focus was to one day own real estate, and he set out to learn as much as he could about investing.

Along the way:

- He formed his own investing company TySoull Investor, which now purchases and renovates many homes each year in the Windsor market.

- He won the 2015 Canadian Real Estate Wealth Investor of the Year Award,

- He's purchased 30+ properties and grew his portfolio to over 30 doors since he began investing in real estate back in 2012, 12+ years ago.

As a result, he launched TySoull Educator, to help share his knowledge, expertise and experiences with investors looking to invest in real estate.
